Appalachia Sling Co. is proud to carry our own selection of mid draw (200mm) acrylic taper templates, which make cutting latex into perfect isosceles trapezoids (i.e., band strips) a breeze! Each one of these taper templates can be used in conjunction with a roll of latex, a rotary cutter, a ruler, and a pen to create perfect band strips, which are then affixed to ammo pouches via a constrictor knot (or by the wrap-and-tuck method) and some string to create perfect band sets appropriate for both OTT or TTF shooting. These templates are for mid-to-short draw, and they are good for making band sets 180-220mm in length
. That's basically anyone and everyone who uses a fixed anchor point
 somewhere on their face to shoot, as well as those who have a floating anchor somewhere toward the back of their ear

As a disclaimer, these taper templates are made out of 5mm-thick acrylic and, although we do our utmost to package them safely for transport (i.e., they are backed and padded for shipping), losses (breakages) do occur. In the event your taper template is cracked or broken in transport, please reach out to Wes Mitchell at info@appalachiaslingco.com or through our "Contact" page to receive a refund or replacement. We stand behind our products, and we stand behind our packaging. You will be refunded for a crack if requested, or a new template will be provided at no additional cost--the choice is yours.
