Shipping Policy

At Appalachia Sling Company, we strive to provide fast, cheap, and reliable shipping solutions for our products and customers. Items ordered will be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on packaging requirements for the products ordered. Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, except for those placed on Saturdays, which will be shipped the following Monday. We ship Monday-Saturday, with the exception USPS and UPS holidays.

Domestic (U.S.) customers are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.99 for shipping, and receive free shipping on orders over $50; this excludes slingshot frames, which are not eligible for free shipping.

All packages are insured automatically for $100. Should you like to purchase additional insurance on your package, please contact Wes Mitchell at info@appalachiaslingco.com.

Importantly, Appalachia Sling Company is not liable for damaged or lost packages. We do our upmost to ensure that all items are safely packaged in either bubble mailers or boxes with padding, depending on the item(s) being shipped.

For prospective international customers: this website does not currently offer international shipping options due to country-to-country fluctuations in shipping costs and tariff fees. However, international sales can be arranged by sending an email to Wes Mitchell at info@appalachiaslingco.com.

Importantly, Appalachia Sling Co. is a two-man team and, as such, items may ship from either NC, GA, or both, depending on what is ordered. In the case of receiving items from both locations, shipping times may vary. If you think you are missing part of your order, don't hesitate to email us, but this may be the cause.
