Product Information

We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colors, designs, and sizes of the slingshots and products for sale on our website. You acknowledge and accept that designs, colors, shapes, and patterns shown on the website are approximate only. Colors, in particular, may differ due to your own computer’s visual settings and hardware. If the item(s) you have ordered are not available in the color, design, or size you have requested, we will notify you of the colors, designs, or sizes currently available. Your order will not be accepted and you may then resubmit your order for the item(s) in an available color. You acknowledge that you do not rely on any representation and/or warranty that has not been made in accordance with these terms.

Price and Payment

The price payable for the product(s) shall be as shown on the website. Prices advertised on the website exclude postage, which is $8.99 for domestic (U.S.) customers and free for orders over $50 (excluding slingshots). Delivery charges and tax are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.

Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
