It is up to our discretion to approve or disapprove of your return based on your explanation and reasoning, and we reserve the right to reject returns and refunds for any reason. All items on this website are thoroughly and honestly pictured and described to prevent any confusion or potential problems of this sort, and it is your responsibility to read said descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. Colors rendered electronically (i.e., as they appear on your computer or mobile device) may differ slightly than actual product color, but this is not a valid reason for returning a product. A valid reason, on the other hand, would include a malfunctioning clip mechanism on a slingshot, a serious defect in a product's appearance, or an incorrect product sent by mistake (e.g., receiving 0.65mm latex instead of 0.5mm latex).
