Appalachia Sling Co. is now offering vegetable-tanned ‘roo leather pouches in 8 distinct and timeless designs (i.e., "pouch models"). ‘Roo leather is an ideal material for slingshot pouches since it is pound-for-pound the strongest and most durable leather available. We source our falconry-grade kangaroo leather from only the finest suppliers: Mike's Falconry Supplies in the U.S. and Identity Leathercraft in the U.K. Currently, our pouches come in a thickness of 1.0mm–1.2mm, which really allows you to feel the ammo without it digging in. Our pouches are a nice, rich brown color, masking dirt and smudges from repeated use. These pouches can last years--thousands upon thousands of shots--so please reuse them!
